I'm Jeremy Viner, founder of Viner Advisory — an independent technology strategy and transformation advisory practice.

With over 25 years in technology and change, including nearly a decade at NatWest Group, I've led architecture and decision-enablement work in one of the UK's most heavily regulated environments. That's where I saw, repeatedly, how the right question — asked under pressure, across a sprawling estate — can consume the very people trying to deliver, and still produce an answer no one fully trusts.

I set up Viner Advisory to address that. My support spans technology strategy, transformation shaping, and decision enablement — improving visibility of dependencies, risks, and delivery implications so leaders can act with confidence. Increasingly this includes advisory on AI-enabled decision support, applied with proper governance and human judgement throughout. Whatever the tool, the goal is the same: decision-grade answers, without hurting the organisation in the process of getting them.
